Quality Assurance System

In order to provide products that meet the needs of customers and the market, we are implementing the quality management system of ISO 9001. Currently, all five factories (Shiga, Okayama, Tochigi, Sano, Hiratsuka) have acquired the certification for ISO 9001:2000. By using this management system, we are strengthening the quality assurance system and performing continuous improvement activities.

Furthermore, C. I. Kasei Co., Ltd. is doing its best to fulfill its commitment to increasing customer satisfaction by implementing constant market research, developing and manufacturing products that meet customers’ needs and supplying them on a timely basis with appropriate after-sales services. Regarding customer complaints, we report them to relevant departments through our regional branches. Furthermore, we are striving to ensure higher customer satisfaction by implementing measures to prevent the recurrence of problems.

Acquisition of ISO 9001:2000 Certification

All of our five domestic factories have acquired the ISO 9001:2000 Certifications.
